

There used to be a Hampton Chutney on the UWS when I lived there, and I still dream of the dosas and cardamom coffees; now there's one in Astor Place, and I am making a BEELINE the next time I am in the city.

My favorite dosa is the breakfast dosa, with eggs, jack cheese, spinach, avocado, and roasted tomato. Best paired with an iced cardamom coffee.
